He began his journey for franchise dealerships, specializing in the sale of new cars, and steadily advanced to running his own dealership. This included an independent motor vehicle service centre and two finance companies.

Chloe Brewer is a highly regarded agent with eight years of experience in the real estate industry. She returns to Harcourts in 2023, having dedicated the previous three years to specialising in real estate marketing for New Zealand’s largest digital platform. The shift to marketing was a tactical one – an opportunity to gain valuable insights by creating bespoke marketing packages for a diverse range of real estate clients. During this period, Chloe also ran a face-to-face marketing business of her own, leading teams around the South Island and working across a broad range of media.

Alongside her marketing experience, Chloe is a qualified interior designer who has worked on high-end projects throughout Canterbury. This too was an intentional move: arming Chloe with valuable insight into the construction of a home.
