With a strong background in customer relations and project coordination within the banking and construction sectors, Lee Griffiths has amassed heaps of professional process experience to call upon in her role as Property Manager with Harcourts Holmwood.

Born and raised in Invercargill, Lee travelled the world for three years, returning first to live in the North Island, then finally choosing to bring up her three children here in Christchurch.

Naturally gregarious and bubbly, Lee is nonetheless a stickler for structure, sound research and good organisational skills, while her patience, hard work and general ‘can-do’ attitude have earned her a well-deserved reputation for dependability.

Sandy Clark’s interest in people has always driven her career moves, and her current role as Property Manager for Harcourts Holmwood is all about building good relationships.

Starting her working life in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, she then spent a dozen years in real estate sales, helping people buy and sell houses.

Over a decade ago, she moved into property management, handling all aspects of matching the right home with the right people, and ensuring both tenants and owners are well looked after.

Although sales and property management are quite different, Sandy believes the skillset required for each role is largely the same: empathy, patience, solid problem-solving ability and great communication are key, along with a capacity for hard work and proven reliability of course.

Laying good foundations with both parties right from the start is vital. Tenants need to be crystal clear about expectations before they sign up, and landlords need to be kept informed about any maintenance issues as soon as they arise. All in all, it’s a busy job ensuring everyone’s happy, but this is where, as a people person, Sandy excels.

When she’s not at work, Sandy can be found exploring the beach and the great outdoors with her dogs and spending quality time with family and friends.

With over 25 years in the retail sector and a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management, Andrea’s passion for customer service and Property Management has seen her develop skills pivotal in her role as a Senior Property Manager.

Andrea understands her tenants’ needs to find a rental property to call home as well as her landlords’ needs to find good reliable tenants! Using her superb customer service skills enables her to balance the needs of her tenants and landlords and let properties in a way that is suitable to both parties.
