Lee Griffiths

With a strong background in customer relations and project coordination within the banking and construction sectors, Lee Griffiths has amassed heaps of professional process experience to call upon in her role as Property Manager with Harcourts Holmwood.

Born and raised in Invercargill, Lee travelled the world for three years, returning first to live in the North Island, then finally choosing to bring up her three children here in Christchurch.

Naturally gregarious and bubbly, Lee is nonetheless a stickler for structure, sound research and good organisational skills, while her patience, hard work and general ‘can-do’ attitude have earned her a well-deserved reputation for dependability.

These skills will be invaluable in all Lee’s dealings with landlords and tenants in this busy sector of the property market.

Any spare time she has, Lee tries to indulge her passions for gardening and swimming and, of course, make time for her two enthusiastic grandsons.

Sandy Clark

Sandy Clark’s interest in people has always driven her career moves, and her current role as Property Manager for Harcourts Holmwood is all about building good relationships.

Starting her working life in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, she then spent a dozen years in real estate sales, helping people buy and sell houses.

Over a decade ago, she moved into property management, handling all aspects of matching the right home with the right people, and ensuring both tenants and owners are well looked after.

Although sales and property management are quite different, Sandy believes the skillset required for each role is largely the same: empathy, patience, solid problem-solving ability and great communication are key, along with a capacity for hard work and proven reliability of course.

Laying good foundations with both parties right from the start is vital. Tenants need to be crystal clear about expectations before they sign up, and landlords need to be kept informed about any maintenance issues as soon as they arise. All in all, it’s a busy job ensuring everyone’s happy, but this is where, as a people person, Sandy excels.

When she’s not at work, Sandy can be found exploring the beach and the great outdoors with her dogs and spending quality time with family and friends.

Andrea Johnson

Over 25 years in the retail sector and a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management has fuelled my passion for customer service and Property Management and has seen me develop skills that aid in my role as a Property Manager.

I understand my tenant’s needs to find a rental property to share with their family and to call home and understand a landlord’s need to find good reliable tenants.

My achivement of the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and superb customer service skills enables me to balance the needs of my tenants and landlords and let properties in a way that is suitable to both parties.

It is my absolute pleasure to commit to delivering my sound knowledge of customer service and property management and to deliver a personal and caring service that is second to none.

Michelle joins the Holmwood Property Management Team having spent just over a decade in a front desk/administrative role, prior to this she was an early childhood teacher. This combined experience means she has the ability to communicate well with all types of people, gathering the information required to provide a high level of service and satisfaction tailored to each of her owner and tenant clients.

When asked what she is enjoying most about moving into the Property Management industry she responded, “I love working with a variety of people, I am very sociable and approachable. A highlight for me is meeting new people within the community.”

Jo joins Holmwood Property Management with many years’ experience in property management across Wellington and Christchurch.  In addition to this experience Jo has also achieved the Level Four certificate in Property Management, being the highest certification there is.

Having owned and managed her own rental properties over the years, Jo understands the level of attention to detail and communication that it takes to effectively manage a property.

Lynne Cawthorn

Lynne joined the Holmwood Property Management team with over 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate and Property Management industries.
Lynne is hardworking and enthusiastic about her role and is dedicated to provide a high level of service to her clients.

She has covered roles such as administration, staff trainer, office manager and she has over 12 years’ experience being a property manager.  More recently Lynne has become our Investment Specialist.

Lynne is often commended for her communication, time management and organisational skills, while her motivation and dedication to her clients is a real asset.

She has an excellent eye for selecting the right property manager for the right property and owner. Lynne enjoys working with people and can get along with those from all walks of life. Outside of work Lynne enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog Willow and keeping fit!
