Harcourts Cancer Society Ball 2018

Join us on Saturday 23 June for this year’s Harcourts Cancer Society Ball to ‘Electrify the Night!’

The Cause:
Every year more than 22,000 New Zealanders learn they have cancer. The annual ball is crucial in helping the Cancer Society raise funds to support as many of these individuals as possible through their cancer journey. Click here to read more about all the regular services offered by the Cancer Society and the ways they can help: https://canterbury-west-coast.cancernz.org.nz/how-we-can-help/want-support/

The Cancer Society could not provide these much needed services and programmes in the community without our annual Cancer Society Ball. Your attendance at the Ball ensures they can be there to support those who hear the words, you have cancer.

The Event:

We’re back with our favourite host partners Vbase, at their standout venue Horncastle Arena, and this year we’re looking forward to welcoming even more guests and good times! Entertainment for the evening will knock your socks off with the line-up including the Sweet Mix Kids (who have toured with Ed Sheeran, Flume and Kimbra) as well as local favourites, The Eastern, and other live acts yet to be announced. Get ready to kick up your heels and dance the night away…

Tickets include a gourmet, show-stopping three-course dining experience curated by the talented Vbase head chef, Dan Shanks, and a premium open bar to enjoy (plus a late-night whisky treat…)

The highlight of the night though? (if we do say so ourselves…) The Harcourts Live Auction, with twelve money-can’t buy experiences being auctioned off by our team – including business class flights to anywhere in the world courtesy of Singapore Airlines. There will also be a digital silent auction, which means everyone in Canterbury can get in on the action with a range of amazing live auction items.

It’ll be a night to remember, so don’t delay – tables are selling fast (over half the Ballroom is already sold).
