Holmwood has been hosting Galas since mid-2011 due to their popularity. We believe this is due to the evening time slot – many buyers who cannot make daytime auctions can attend in the evening!
The market has been steady across all price ranges plus there has been increasing interest from first home buyers, investors and families, with favourable lending conditions available.
