Rachel Pepper

The only bad time to buy property is later!

Here to Help You, Every Step of the Way.

Born and raised in Christchurch, Rachel has returned to New Zealand, after 27 years of living and working overseas, namely in Australia, Scotland, Norway and most recently Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Having originally completed an honours degree in Pharmacy at Otago University, Rachel went on to work in the industry for 11 years, both in hospitals and community pharmacy. This taught her a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, empathy and kindness.

Whilst living in Malaysia, she was part of a team working with the UNHCR, supporting Afghan refugee women, assisting them through personal networks and connections, to set up self-sustaining businesses so that they could support their communities. This amazing journey has taught her to be comfortable dealing with people from all walks of life, connecting with different cultures and communities, whilst building trust and connections.

She is the proud mum of three amazing sons, realising too the importance of time management and quality time together as a family.

Having bought, lived and sold homes around the world, developed in her a love for real estate and a passion and drive to help others with their property needs. In all the areas she has worked in, the common denominator has always been about the people.  She hopes to bring a new and fresh approach to real estate, with all the resources and support from the Harcourts family right behind her.

Bubbly and friendly, Rachel brings a natural enthusiasm to all her interactions and would simply love the opportunity to help you achieve your real estate goals.
