- Screen tenants, including reference and credit checks
- Complete tenancy agreements and lodge bonds
- Collect rents and disburse accordingly
- Perform regular property inspections and provide you with a full written report
- Organise any maintenance requests or requirements
- Perform detailed final vacating bond inspection
